Cancellation Policy

At One Wellness Spa & Boutique, every appointment is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy so that we can best serve all of our guests and respect the time of our team.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
  • No-Shows: Guests who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Groups & Specialty Services: A deposit may be required to hold group bookings or high-demand treatments. These deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
  • Emergencies: We understand that unexpected events happen. In cases of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Group & Party Cancellation Policy

Planning a group experience at One Wellness Spa & Boutique is a special occasion, and we are honored to be part of it. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our group cancellation policy:

  • Deposits Required: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your group reservation. Deposits are applied to the final balance, and due 10 days prior to your event.
  • Final Guest Count: We kindly request a confirmed guest count at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event so that we may staff and prepare accordingly.
  • 72-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-Shows: If individual guests within the party do not attend, their portion of the service fee may still be charged.
  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate changes or rescheduling if notified at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Emergencies: We understand unexpected situations may arise. Please contact us directly to discuss special circumstances, and we will do our best to assist.
